Buying
Creating a buyer account is free and instant. Simply visit our Become a Buyer page, fill in your details (name, email, company, password), and you'll have immediate access to browse and purchase inventory. No approval process needed.
We offer a wide variety of liquidation inventory including apparel, electronics, home goods, toys, beauty products, sports equipment, and general merchandise. All inventory comes from major U.S. retailers and brands as overstock, returns, and shelf-pulls.
A manifested load includes a detailed spreadsheet listing every item in the lot, including descriptions, UPC codes, conditions, quantities, and retail values. This transparency helps you make informed purchasing decisions and calculate your potential ROI before buying.
Inventory is available in three packaging formats:
- Pallets — Standard 48"x40" pallets, ideal for smaller buyers and resellers
- Bins/Cases — Gaylord boxes or case lots, perfect for specific categories
- LTL Loads / Truckloads — Full truck shipments for high-volume buyers
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers for purchases through our platform. For larger orders, wire transfers and custom payment arrangements can be discussed with our sales team.
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are final. However, every listing includes detailed manifests and product descriptions so you can make informed decisions before purchasing. If you receive an order that significantly differs from the manifest, please contact our support team.
Selling
Visit our Sell With Us page and complete the vendor application form with your company details, inventory types, and volume estimates. Our team reviews applications within 24-48 business hours and will notify you once approved.
We accept overstock, customer returns, shelf-pulls, refurbished goods, and surplus inventory from retailers and brands. All merchandise must be from legitimate sources and meet our quality guidelines. Prohibited items include recalled products, hazardous materials, and expired consumables.
It's free to join as a vendor and there are no listing fees. We charge a small commission on completed sales. Contact our sales team for detailed pricing information based on your volume.
Once approved as a vendor, you'll have access to the Vendor Dashboard where you can upload manifest Excel files. Our system automatically parses the spreadsheet, validates the data, and creates product listings. You can also manually create listings through the dashboard.
Shipping & Logistics
Shipping varies by lot size. Pallets and bins are typically shipped via freight carriers, while full truckloads use dedicated freight. Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and lot size. Our team can provide quotes and coordinate logistics for your orders.
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders may require additional documentation and are subject to customs duties and import regulations in the destination country. Contact our sales team to discuss international shipping options and requirements.
Domestic delivery typically takes 5-10 business days for pallets and bins, and 7-14 business days for full truckloads. Delivery times may vary based on origin, destination, and carrier availability. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Yes, local pickup may be available depending on the seller's location. During the purchase process or by contacting our team, you can arrange to pick up your order directly from the warehouse, which also saves on shipping costs.
